Happy Birthday to my blog!

It’s been a year since I started writing this blog, and it’s been a lot of fun! It has also been about two years since I became a vegetaraian!

I started this blog because I wanted to make known what natural/organic/eco/green beauty products were available in New Zealand. Over time, the focus of the blog has become a bit broader. I have done reviews for some really great products, which cannot be bought in New Zealand (they can, however be ordered online, so are still available to those who live in New Zealand). I am still writing about beauty products, but also about personal care, health and wellness products.

So, in the future you can expect more product reviews, information on great new products, and more!

So, you may be asking, why natural, eco-friendly and organic beauty? I figure, we expose ourselves to a lot of chemicals in our daily lives, why not try and limit that exposure as much as we can. At this stage, I guess we can't really know for sure whether chemicals which are used in personal care products will cause long-term damage, but the way I see it is, better safe than sorry. And there's so many great brands to choose from now, not all of them expensive either.
